構建外科藥師的知識體系——外科藥學(xué)（Surgical Pharmacy）

摘要：圍術(shù)期用藥的管理已成為臨床藥師重要的日常工作，目前已有部分醫院設立外科藥師。隨著(zhù)外科藥師隊伍的逐步壯大，如何針對圍術(shù)期用藥特點(diǎn)，規范外科藥師培訓成為當務(wù)之急。然而，當前尚未形成一套系統的、完整的知識體系。外科圍術(shù)期由于其獨特的特點(diǎn)，藥學(xué)所面對的問(wèn)題不同于其它疾病治療，在知識體系方面足以構建為學(xué)科，我們稱(chēng)之為“外科藥學(xué)（surgical pharmacy）”。本文創(chuàng )新性提出外科藥學(xué)概念，通過(guò)搭建圍術(shù)期生理病理特征、外科藥師的工作模式和流程、圍術(shù)期藥物治療、圍術(shù)期的藥物管理等四個(gè)方面的知識版塊，構建外科藥師的知識體系——外科藥學(xué)，為外科藥師培訓及工作規范化、專(zhuān)業(yè)化開(kāi)展提供支撐。

Surgical pharmacy: knowledge construction for surgical pharmacists
ABSTRACT: The management of perioperative medication has become an important daily work for clinical pharmacists. At present, some hospitals have established the position of surgical pharmacist. As the number of surgical pharmacists increasing, the training of surgical pharmacists according to the characteristics of perioperative medication will become top priority. However, the body of knowledge for surgical pharmacists has not yet been established. During the perioperative period, due to its unique characteristics, the problems presented in pharmacy are different from the treatment of other diseases. In terms of knowledge system, it is enough to be constructed as a subject, which is called surgical pharmacy. In this paper, the concept of surgical pharmacy is put forward creatively. And the body of knowledge for surgical pharmacists, namely surgical pharmacy, is constructed from four aspects: perioperative pathophysiology, work pattern and work flow for surgical pharmacists, perioperative medication therapy and perioperative drug management, for the training of surgical pharmacists as well as the standardization and specialization of their work.
